Sant`Angelo in Vado is a charming medieval village situated in the inland parts of Marches, in the province of Pesaro and Urbino, washed by the river Metauro. Writer Tasso wrote „... The river which makes you fall in love unexpectedly and for a long time … more rich in glory than water …”.
Sant`Angelo in Vado, ancient Tifernum Mataurense, is a land which possesses a big archaeological, architectural, anthropological and artistic heritage enshrined in the splendid churches and private houses which are scattered all over the territory. Now and then the soil reveals unexpected treasures and the one of Sant`Angelo in Vado hides at least two of them. The first is a gastronomy deliciousness that is called the White truffle, the second one is relics of antiquity: the Domus of the Myth. We are speaking about a domus dated 1st century AC with extraordinarily preserved floors of two or more coloured mosaics: by entering a tourist is welcomed by Neptune and Amphitrite on a carriage of triumph.

The Regional Natural Park of the Conero is a setting of rare beauty, which includes a stretch of high coast, as well as a 'large internal hilly area, featuring panoramic views and so much history. One area has a total of 6011 falling in the territories of Ancona, Camerano, Numana and Sirolo. Of white stones as the stone of the Conero coves obtained from Monte Conero, the 'emergency 572 m high. to peak on 'Adriatic unique from Trieste to Gargano.
There is a building which is a good place for training.

Visiting Fano
Fano is a town and comune of the province of Pesaro and Urbino in the Marche region of Italy. It is a beach resort 12 kilometres (7 miles) southeast of Pesaro, located where the Via Flaminia reaches the Adriatic Sea. It is the third city in the region by population after Ancona and Pesaro.
The Roman gate called Arco d'Augusto. The upper story was destroyed in a siege conducted on the order of Pope Pius II in 1463, although a bas-relief of it was made by Bernardino di Pietro da Carona in 1513 on an adjacent wall of the annexed church and the loggia of St. Michael, the former having a noteworthy Renaissance portal.

Visit to Historical Corinaldo ( polenta nel pozzo) - 10th of October, 2014
Corinaldo is a town and comune in the Province of Ancona, within the Marche region of central Italy. As of 2005 it had a population of 5,187 inhabitants. It is noted for its well-preserved 14th-century walls, for being the birthplace of Saint Maria Goretti, and for a popular Halloween festival held every October.
This medieval and renaissance city, with the best preserved walls in the Marche (XIV-XV centuries), nearly a kilometre of fortification with doors, ramparts, towers and a crenellated spur attributed to Francesco di Giorgio Martini. The historic centre is characterised by narrow streets which in the west widen becoming more ample and irregular. Some have the aspect of a real monument like the Piaggia, or “hundred steps”, which go up to the hill summit.
